Manual Therapy

Our therapists have a variety of experience with using manual therapy to meet the needs of our patients. Manual Therapy (AKA: Hands-on therapy) is used to decrease pain caused by muscle spasm, muscle tension and joint dysfunction.

Our therapists have been trained in a variety of different techniques including: Postural Restoration, Active Release Therapy (ART), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Kinesio Taping, Joint Mobilization, Trigger Point Release, and many more.
