Elizabeth Record, PT, DPT, AIB-VR/CON
Elizabeth Record, PT, DPT, AIB-VR/CON, is a dedicated physical therapist with a strong commitment to improving the health and well-being of others. Born and raised in Arlington, MA, Elizabeth embarked on her educational journey at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT, where she completed her undergraduate and graduate studies.
During her time at Sacred Heart, Elizabeth not only excelled academically but also demonstrated her drive and teamwork skills as a Division 1 softball player. Outside of her sporting achievements, she cultivated a range of hobbies, including reading, crocheting, and enjoying leisurely walks with her loving husband.
Elizabeth has gained invaluable clinical experience working with diverse patient populations in various healthcare settings. She has honed her expertise through placements at Saco Bay Physical Therapy, Brooksby Village in Peabody, MA, C.W. Bill Young Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Bay Pines, FL, and Saint Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston, MA. These experiences have given her a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and needs of individuals seeking physical therapy.
Committed to ongoing professional growth, Elizabeth holds certifications in dry needling, vestibular, and cancer rehabilitation. These specialized skills enable her to provide targeted treatments and personalized care to patients facing unique challenges.
Elizabeth finds fulfillment as a valued member of the Riverview Physical Therapy team. Collaborating with her colleagues, she strives to deliver exceptional care and empower her patients on their journey to recovery.
In addition to her clinical work, Elizabeth shares her knowledge and passion for physical therapy as a teacher at Saint Joseph’s College in Standish. In this role, she inspires future therapists and actively contributes to the advancement of the field.


Kayla Henderson, PTA
Kayla Henderson, a certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), was born in Portland, Maine, and grew up in Casco. In 2015, she and her husband became the proud owners of her family’s house, where they are now raising their children. Her passion for healthcare has always been evident, driven by her desire to assist people in their journey towards better health. While her initial direction within the realm of recovery was uncertain, her college years allowed her to delve deeper into the field of rehabilitation, ultimately guiding her path.
Athletics have been a significant part of Kayla’s life, with an active involvement in sports like soccer, field hockey, and softball during her upbringing. She finds joy in being a spectator at baseball and football games and has had the rewarding experience of coaching her oldest son’s soccer team during his second-grade year.
Kayla’s educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University in 2007 and an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Kennebec Valley Community College in 2013. Kayla is enthusiastic about further enhancing her knowledge by pursuing additional Postural Restoration training opportunities, allowing her to broaden her expertise.


Nancy Crawford, PT
Clinic Director- Windham
From high school, Nancy had a clear goal of finding a career path that would allow her to combine her love for science with her desire to assist others in enhancing their health and fitness. After completing her education at Simmons College Boston, Nancy worked as a traveling physical therapist for some time and ultimately chose to make southern Maine her permanent home. She has now lived in Maine for over 25 years. During her leisure time, Nancy enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her poodle, Percy. In recent years, Nancy has participated in multiple sessions on the Postural Restoration (PRI) approach. This method has considerably influenced Nancy’s approach to evaluating and treating patients. As a result, she now applies it to all her treatments.
